RAWS have implemented a new scheme this year, cars that are from 1989 that are for import needs to be complied, cars from 1988 and older DOES NOT NEED TO BE COMPLIED, ONLY AN ENGINEERS REPORT IS NEEDED, THIS MEANS YOU CAN BRING IN ANYTHING EVEN IF ITS EXTREMELY TUNED.
