Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We're located in the USA but provide our services worldwide.
Question: Where do you source your cars from?
Answer: All cars are sourced thru our network worldwide.
We simply do the best we can to find the best car
for your money.
Question: What is the condition of your cars?
Answer: The condition varies from who or where we source the car. It is simply a matter of the buyer's budget, that
we will look for the best deal possible for the car they plan on purchasing.
Question: Can anyone buy a car from you?
Answer: Yes. Our buyers are from all over the globe, and range from the everyday driver, to car enthusiasts and to
professional race car drivers.
Question: Can you get highly modified and tuned vehicles?
Answer: Our company has partnerships with most of the major tuning shops all over Japan such as HKS, TRIAL Tuning
and RE Amemiya. We also have partnerships with custom shops from all over the US, and most European Tuning houses.
Question: Is it legal to import a Japanese car into my country?
Answer: We strongly suggest you ask for this information from your country's transport and customs department as each
country has its own ruling on these issues. As we act as a broker only, it is strongly recommended that the buyer research
this prior to making any vehicle purchase from overseas regardless of whether or not the vehicle is being purchased from us.
Question: Can I pay by credit card?
Answer: Unfortunately at this time, we're unable to accept payment by credit cards.
Question: What are your payment terms?
Answer: We require a deposit before we source a particular vehicle for the buyer. Once we have made arrangements with
the seller or whoever is selling the vehicle. The buyer must immediately pay in full of the purchase price of the car, and
other documentations fees if necessary.
Question: I am in the USA, do you arrange for compliance and legalization of the cars you sell?
Answer: YES we can get any car bought from us cleared thru US customs, registered and titled. We mean ANY car. Give
us a call for all the extra costs involved.
Question: Do you arrange for the compliance and customs issues in Australia?
Answer: Yes we can. Australian law permits many types of vehicles for importation provided they comply with federal
laws. There are many compliance shops in Australia, and we're happy to recommend the company that best suits the brand of
car being purchased.
Question: Do the prices of the cars include compliance and legalizations?
Answer: No. This is the responsibility of the buyer. The price of the vehicle includes the vehicle purchase cost,
auction fee(if applicable), transport & handling within Japan, de-registration and document processing fees and the export
agents fee. All other fees such as compliance, legalisation and shipping etc is an additional cost to the buyer.
Question: Do you have any systems in place to check on the condition of the cars?
Answer: Yes, our experts fully inspect all cars twice before shipping, and our policy is to keep the buyer fully informed
of all inspections and the outcome.
Question: Do I pay extra for the inspection of the vehicle?
Answer: No, this is included in the car's price.
Question: Do your experts inspect cars if I purchase one from other exporter in Japan?
Answer: Yes they can, however we charge a fee. The price charged is dependent on where the vehicle is. If you would
like us to arrange this, please call us or email us.
Question: If I import a vehicle from you and need parts in the future, are you able to supply?
Answer: Yes.
Question: If I buy a car from you, do you arrange the shipping to my country?
Answer: Yes, we can organise shipping. This is usually arranged as soon as the car has been purchased.
Question: Is the shipping cost including in price of your cars?
Answer: Shipping costs are NOT included with the price of the cars. The price will be dependent on which country the
car is to be shipped too.
Question: Am I required to pay a deposit?
Answer: Yes. A deposit is required to secure the purchase of any vehicle. The deposit is required once the contract
has been signed.
